Janet "TJ" Taub
I was born and raised in Los Alamos, pursued educational and professional goals in various places across the Country, and returned to the area in 2001 to marry a high school friend.
As a RealtorŪ I do whatever I can to make the process of buying or selling a property as knowledgeable and smooth as possible. I help both buyers and sellers understand the market, the buying and selling process, and provide assistance from initial contact through closing. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and an Accredited Home Staging Specialist. My clients cover the spectrum from high end home sellers to first time home buyers and they describe me as knowledgeable, professional and patient! I am a member of the Los Alamos Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) of the Santa Fe Board of Realtors. Our MLS includes Los Alamos, Santa Fe, Tesuque, Pojoaque, Espanola, Jemez and more.
I'm definitely a "critter" and environment person, and I love wandering through thrift and consignment shops!
My background includes experience in both public and private sectors, service on Boards of Directors for business, civic and arts organizations, and 20+ years in professional communications including public relations, public affairs, marketing, issue management, campaigns and more. Clients have ranged from non-profits to governmental entities, custom home builders to issue elections.
